    Large call buttons are located on the main screen: Call Mom, Call Dad, and Call Police. The app immediately opens the dialer with the pre-filled number.
  • Automatic SMS with coordinates
    The Send Location to Mom / Dad buttons instantly generate an SMS message containing a map link — the child only needs to press "Send".
  • PIN protection for settings
    Parents can set a PIN code for entering the settings menu (Settings PIN) so the child does not accidentally change the entered phone numbers.
  • Offline functionality without internet
    Making calls and sending SMS with coordinates does not require an internet connection — the feature works anywhere cellular service is available.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Installation: Download Share Location from Google Play onto the child's smartphone and grant location access (required solely to determine coordinates when tapping the button).
  2. Configuration: Go to Settings via the top menu and specify the phone numbers for Mom, Dad, and emergency services. Set up a Settings PIN for security.
  3. Uninstall Protection: Set up family access via Google Family Link and enable the restriction preventing removal of the Share Location app from the child's device.

  • As a beta version, 10 days of free access with full functionality is provided.

  • If you like the app, you can download the test version from Google Play Store and participate in closed testing. To do this, go to the support page, create a support ticket, specify your email registered with your Google account on the test phone, write "Test Share location", and we will add you to the tester list. All users who apply for testing will receive the program for free.

    After testing ends —

  • Free trial period: Full app functionality is available without restrictions for the first 14 days after installation.
  • Full version (one-time purchase): Removes any limits on the number of calls and location sends. The license is permanently tied to your Google Play account.
  • Free mode: After 14 days, basic access remains — 1 call and 1 location send per day. Essential safety features remain free forever.
