How to decrypt a report file or another file downloaded in encrypted form?
On the dashboard page, below the device name, click Schedule icon.
On the bottom of the page you can see the Reports and alerts block
Click the Open Encrypted file button.
Choose the encrypted file and it will be decrypted on the page. You can save the decrypted file using the same-named button.
