Troubleshooting for service Kidlogger.net

  • For Basic subscription, the limit is 5 devices per one account.
  • For Standard this limit is 5 devices, for Professional user account - up to 10 devices.
  • You can delete an unused device. Use the "delete" icon below the device name.
  • To monitor more than 10 devices, use StaffCounter service.
  • Log into your user account and click the Support link in the main menu;
  • Use our contact form in the bottom of the page to announce us about this.
  • Send us your order ID and e-mail address, you used for payment. We’ll resolve this situation ASAP.
  • Te Statistics doesn't appear immediately, but after 10 min after the coming of log files.
  • If a function doesn't work at all or works wrong, Log into your user account and click the Support link in the main menu;
  • use our contact form to inform us.
