I can not add a device

For Basic subscription, the limit is 5 devices per one account.
For Standard this limit is 5 devices, for Professional user account - up to 10 devices.
You can delete an unused device. Use the "delete" icon below the device name.
To monitor more than 10 devices, use StaffCounter service.

My account was not upgraded (prolonged), although I made a payment.

Log into your user account and click the Support link in the main menu;
Use our contact form in the bottom of the page to announce us about this.
Send us your order ID and e-mail address, you used for payment. We’ll resolve this situation ASAP.

I can not view the statistics of using for my device.

Te Statistics doesn't appear immediately, but after 10 min after the coming of log files.
If a function doesn't work at all or works wrong, Log into your user account and click the Support link in the main menu;
use our contact form to inform us.
