Skype doesn't work. Why?

You launch Skype applicaiton, but it starts working and immediately closes. Starts again and closes, and so on.
What's up? Uninstall it from the computer and install again. Login your account and here be careful: Skype asks you to confirm your email address. You can skip this step, but it is indicated in brackets that there will be 5 days left. And what will happen in five days?

You will have what you have now: the program will start and immediately stop. You, like me, for the first time just ignored this message and clicked “Skip”. Don't ignore! Complete the email verification procedure and this problem will disappear (for a while). Or, if you don't have access to that mailbox anymore, you can verify your identity through the phone number. Skip the confirmation by e-mail and login your account. Click your photo or name in the upper-left corner of the program window. Choose Skype Profile.

Here is your mail address and other data. You can change the email address but it will take long. Easier is to add a phone. Click the link Other ways people can find you. Here, in the Phone number field, you can enter your phone number and confirm it with a 4-digit code that will come  via SMS.

That's all. Enjoy your Skype. And to track the communication in Skype in your child’s phone or computer, use the KidLogger program.

Here you can find tutorials, articles and announcements about KidLogger SAS: what new features we’ve implemented, how to install Kidlogger, and how to set up user monitoring for different platforms like Windows, Mac, Android.

We’re happy to hear any suggestions you might have about improving KidLogger.
