How to install and set up GeoFamily 5.X for Android
Before installation, disable Play Protect. How to do this >>


2. Enter your email address (account ID) and device name, then tap Connect.

3. The setup window will appear. Tap all the buttons sequentially from top to bottom to grant the required permissions to the app.
Tap the Ignore battery optimization button. Tap OK in the dialog box.

4. Tap the Device admin app button. Tap Activate in the dialog box.

5. Tap the Usage access button.

6. Enable GeoFamily in the usage access window.

7. Tap the GPS access button.

8. In the App Info window, tap Permissions.

9. In the permissions list, select Location.

10. Select Allow all the time.

11. Go back and tap the Photo access button. Tap Allow all in the dialog box.

12. Tap Display over other apps.

13. Toggle the GeoFamily switch to On.

14. Tap Call log monitoring. Tap Allow in the dialog box.

15. Tap Allow in the next dialog box.

16. Tap Contact identification. Tap Allow in the dialog box.

17. Allow the app to record calls using the microphone.

18. Enable access to notifications and SMS.

19. Tap the Accessibility access button.

20. Find and tap Installed apps.

21. Enable GeoFamily. If the service is inactive, tap it anyway and select Close.

22. On the Home screen, tap Settings.

23. Open the Apps section.

24. Find GeoFamily in the list.

25. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner.

26. Tap Allow restricted settings.

27. Return to the GeoFamily settings window and tap Accessibility access again. The GeoFamily app should now be active.

28. Enable GeoFamily in the Accessibility section. Tap Allow in the dialog box.

29. Go back to the settings window and tap the Start and hide button.

30. The application suggests restricting access to phone Settings and Google Play Store. This can be configured remotely from the server.
31. Initially, the main window only features a Share My Location button. This option allows the child to share their location via Viber, WhatsApp, SMS, or email in a standard way.

32. The app menu is protected by a PIN code. The default PIN is 123456.

33. In the main window, you can view:
- Application status (monitoring running or stopped)
- Device identifier (DSN)
You can also perform the following actions:
- Update settings from the server.
- View the current log file that has not yet been sent to the server.
- View server variables (configuration).
- Restart the app and close the window.

35. You can block access to the Settings and Google Play Store apps on this phone. How to do this.

36. You can change the PIN code for this application on your profile Settings page on the server. Use numbers only.
The new PIN will take effect within 5 minutes.
If you forget your PIN or accidentally delete the virtual device from the control panel, contact Kidlogger support to request a master PIN.
37. From the server side, on the "Settings" page for this device, you can specify phone numbers for parents and emergency services.
38. Once configured, quick-access buttons to call Mom, Dad, the Police, or send location via SMS will appear in the main GeoFamily window.
