How to block apps on a phone using KidLogger 15 and GeoFamily

If you have installed KidLogger 15 or GeoFamily on your child's phone, you can block certain applications. Launching them will only be possible after entering a PIN code. To protect the KidLogger or GeoFamily app from being uninstalled, we recommend blocking access to "Settings".

Additionally, if you have installed version 5 (Standard), 6 (Hidden), or GeoFamily PRO (5), we strongly recommend blocking the Play Store app. These monitoring applications may be detected by Play Protect as harmful and removed. If you block Play Protect in advance and subsequently restrict access to the Play Store, the child will not be able to activate Play Protect.

App blocking procedure

1. Log in to your account on the kidlogger.net server.

2. Click on the "Settings" link in the main menu.

3. Select the desired device if you have added more than one virtual device.

4. Find the "Block Settings" and "Block Play Store" options (available in all subscriptions). Check the corresponding boxes and click "Save". The settings on the phone will apply within 5 minutes.

5. With a Professional subscription, you can also block other applications — YouTube, Chrome, TikTok, Viber, WhatsApp, and more. If you need to block an app that is not on the list, please contact us via the feedback form.
