How to change the password for the monitoring program

To change the password or PIN code for the KidLogger monitoring software, you need to log into your user account and go to the Settings page.

After that, select the device by name from the list if you are tracking more than one device.

Find the Application access password field. Enter a new value in it. For Android, it is recommended to use numbers only.

Click the Save settings button. On Android, changes will be applied within a minute, and on other platforms — within an hour.

Before deleting a virtual device from the server, make sure you have previously uninstalled the monitoring software from the phone or computer. If you delete the virtual device from the server first, it will no longer be possible to change the password for the KidLogger program.
