How to configure KidLogger on Xiaomi, Redmi, Oppo, and Poco for stable operation

 

Why is KidLogger not working on Xiaomi, Redmi, Oppo, and Poco?

Our users have long noticed the stopping of the KidLogger program on Xiaomi Redmi, Oppo, and Poco phones.
This is due to the fact that on budget Android phones, MIUI shuts down background processes to save resources.
Recently, we found a way to pin some applications in the background to prevent the system from closing them.

How to disable battery saving for KidLogger?

  • Settings / Accessibility / Support Android -> off.
  • Settings / Installed apps / System Android
  • Autostart -> on
  • Batterysaver -> No restrictions;
  • Same for Support Android;

    • or

  • Settings / Battery & performance / choose apps;
  • Select Support Android and choose No restrictions;
  • Do the same with Support Android.
  • Make Support Android active in Settings / Accessibility.

    • Auto-start and Background Process Settings

    • Settings / Manage Apps / System Android / Permissions / Start in background → On;

    or

    1. Settings / Additional settings / Accessibility / Downloaded apps / Support Android -> off.
    2. Settings / Apps / Permissions / Background autostart / System Android -> on;
    3. Do the same for Support Android.
    4. Settings / Apps / Manage apps / System Android / Battery saver -> No restrictions
    5. Do the same for Support Android.
    6. Settings / Additional settings / Accessibility / Downloaded apps / Support Android -> on.

    Additional Recommendations for Stable Operation

    1. Tap the "Security" icon on the home screen.

    2. Scroll down the page.

    3. Tap on the App Protection icon.

    4. Enable Android System and Support Android.

    5. In the "Security" app, tap the "Settings" icon.

    6. Tap the Boost link.

    7. Tap "Pinned apps".

    8. Enable Android System and Support Android.
