How to prevent Parental Time Control stop

Since Android 6, on all the phones have built-in power-saving programs. They stop background processes automatically, so the phone could work longer without recharging. Here we explain how to disable the built-in power-saving systems for the Parental time control program on different phones.

  • Open Settings of the phone, Device care, Battery:
    - Power mode → optimized,
    - Adaptive power saving → off;
  • App power management:
    - Adaptive battery → off,
  • - Put unused apps to sleep → off;
  • Apps that won't be put to sleep:
    + Add apps → Support Android, Add;
  • back;
  • Settings → Apps →Menu→ Special access → Optimize battery usage;
  •  Apps not optimized → All:
    - Parental tome control → off;
    - Support Android → off;
  • back;
  • Settings → Apps →Menu→ Special access → Appear on top:
    - Parental tome control → on;
    - Support Android → on;
  • Open Settings of the phone, Device care, Battery;
  • Menu, Settings ; Notifications → off;
  • Adaptive battery → off;
  • Auto disable unused apps → off;
  • Optimize settings → off;
  • Open Settings of the phone, Applications, Menu, Special access ;
  • Click Optimize battery usage;
  • Tap on App not optimized and choose All;
  • Uncheck Parental time control and Support Android;
  • Settings / Biometrics and security / App permission monitor → off
  • Open Settings of the phone, Device maintenance / Battery / App power monitor / uncheck Parental time control;
  • Unmonitored apps / Add apps / Parental time control / done;
  • Settings / Apps / Menu / Special access / Optimize battery use / Apps not optimized → All apps.
  • Support Android → switch off;
  • Parental time control → switch off;
  • Settings / Apps / Menu / Special access / Apps that can appear on top /
  • Support Android → switch on;
  • Parental time control → switch on;
  • Settings / Biometrics and security / App permission monitor → off
  • Open Settings of the phone, Apps. Settings icon on floating menu, Special access
  • Ignore Battery optimization:
    - Allowed → all apps
  • - Parental Time Control and Support android → allowed.
  • Draw over other apps:
    - System Android and Support android → ON;
  • Settings, Battery, Settings, Power-intensive prompt → off.
  • Settings, Battery, Launch(...), Parental Time Control → off, Manage manually; all on.
  • Do the same with Support Android.
  • Open Settings of the phone, Advanced settings. Battery manager, Protected apps.
  • Switch the Parental Time Control and Support Android on.
  • open Settings / Apps & notifications / Advanced / Special app access / Battery optimization
  • Click Not optimized, choose All apps;
  • For System Android and Support Android, choose Don't optimize, Done;
  • back
  • Display over other apps;
  • For System Android and Support Android choose Allow;
  • Settings / Accessibility / Support Android → off;
  • Settings / Installed apps / Parental time control;
  • Autostart → on
  • Battery saver → No restrictions;
  • Do the same for Support Android;
  • or
  • Settings / Battery & performance / Choose apps;
  • Select Parental time control and choose No restrictions;
  • Do the same with Support Android.
  • Settings / Accessibility / Support Android → on.
  • Settings / Accessibility / Support Android → off;
  • Open the app Security.
  • Go to Permissions / Autostart, turn on Parental Time Control and Support Android.
  • Open the app Security.
  • Go to Permissions / Permissions, choose Parental Time Control. Allow all options.
  • Do the same with Support Android.
  • Open Settings / Additional settings / Battery & Performance / Manage apps battery usage / Choose apps.
  • Choose Parental Time Control, go to Custom.
  • In Background Network press Stay Connected, in Background Location press Allow.
  • Do the same with Support Android.

  • Open app Security
  • Manage apps / Parental time control / Autostart → on.
  • Open app Settings / Battery & performance / Power / App battery saver / Parental time control → no restrictions.
  • Settings / Accessibility / Support Android → on.

    3. Parental time control → don't optimize
    4. Support Android → don't optimize
    5. Special app access / Display over other apps /
    6. Parental time control and Support Android → On;
    7. Settings / Applications / Parental time control / Battery usage / Background activity on;
    8. Do the same with Support Android.
    9. Make Support Android active in Settings / Accessibility.
